At Mama Bear Oasis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused.

  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.
